Room 1 is located on the side court of the building and includes 1 double bed (140/200), a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, ADSL internet connection, and a terrace.Room 2 is situated on the garden side of the building and features 1 double bed (180/200), a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, WIFI, and a terrace.
Room 3 is an attic room with 1 single bed (90/200) and 1 double bed (180/200), a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and ADSL internet connection. This room is spacious and comfortable.
We provide a high chair and a baby crib upon request.
On the ground floor, there is a common room where breakfast is served. Upstairs, there is a living room for guests to relax in.
Reserved parking is available in the large farmyard for our guests.

Situated just 6 km away from the picturesque forest of Orléans and a mere 1-hour drive from the bustling city of Paris, this accommodation offers an ideal base for exploring the stunning Chamerolles castle. For easy access, take Exit N°7 on the A19 highway and travel approximately 9 km to reach Martinatrap. This delightful village is conveniently positioned between Neuville-aux-bois (4 km) and Montigny (2 km). Additionally, the cottage provides a dedicated box to accommodate one horse at a rate of 20 euros per day.Reviews

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans les chambres du rez Côté cour et Côté jardin.
Tout était impecable; la déco, les aménagements et la propreté.
Le petit déjeuner excellent et copieux.
Les propriétaires; très disponibles. Ils ont pris le temps de nous faire visiter leur exploitation et de nous donner un foule d'explications sur leurs activités (ferme céréalière et élevage de chevaux).
Vraiment parfait, à recommander.

To access the destination, take the N20 and turn left at Artenay. Then, take a left at Artenay again and follow the D97 towards Orleans - Stamps. Continue until you reach Neuville-with-wood, which is approximately 3km away. Alternatively, you can take the N152 and head towards Montigny from Orleans - Pithiviers. After 2km, you will reach Neuville-with-wood and Martinatrap.
If you are traveling by highway, take the A19 and exit at N°7 Pithiviers/Neuville-aux-bois.
