The spacious living area of 115 m2 is all on one level, featuring a cozy living room with exposed stone and beams, a double bedroom with two 80cm beds, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, an additional double bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a smaller double bedroom with two 80cm beds, a bathroom with a bath and basin, a shower room with a shower and basin, a corridor, and a separate toilet. Accessible via a small dead-end driveway, this farmhouse is conveniently located just 200m away from a cow farm and the owners' house.

Directions

From Paris, take the A20 highway heading towards Toulouse. Take Exit 45 towards Tulle and Vigeois. Follow road D3 towards Vigeois, following the signs for the tourist road labeled "circuit de la vallée de la Vézère." Continue on this road for approximately 8 km in the direction of Objat. You will reach a hamlet called "Les Fombiardes." After 500 m in this hamlet, take a right onto the road marked "Les Chaises Basses." The Gîte will be another 500 m ahead on the left.
