Situated in the charming town of Labastide of Virac, this gite is a three-level house offering a delightful escape. The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a cozy bedroom. Ascend to the second level where you will find a mezzanine, a bathroom with a separate toilet, and an additional bedroom. With a generous area of 70 m2, this gite comfortably accommodates up to six guests.Not only does the house boast a comfortable interior, but it also features two terraces. One of the terraces offers a stunning view of the surrounding rooftops and the bustling street below.
Furthermore, the gite is built on cellars currently undergoing development, which will soon provide an additional bedroom and a library/game room.
Please note that the gite is available for rent from the first week of July until the end of August, with a weekly rate of 450 euros.
