Located in a charming Toulouse building, nestled in a peaceful green area of the city center and close to the historic district, this fully furnished studio offers a picturesque terrace with a southern exposure. Start your day by enjoying breakfast or meals on the terrace, which provides a lovely view.The studio includes all the necessary amenities and linens are provided for your convenience. Additionally, wireless broadband is available, and if needed, a cot, bedding, and high chair can be provided upon request. Parking is easily accessible, and you will have complete independence from the owners, who are long-term residents of Toulouse and are happy to assist you with special offers and recommendations about the city.
You have two options to choose from: a nightly stay with breakfast included, which is available in the studio, or a weekly rental without breakfast.

En provenance de l'ile de La Réunion, nous avons choisi ce gîte proche de la ville et calme pour 3 nuits (du 28 au 31/072015). Nous n'avons jamis pu rencontrer la propriétaire, partie en vacances, qui a laissé les lieux entre les mains d'une jeune étudiante russe ! Nous ne le savions pas en arrivant. Pas de ménage fait, mêm pas le lit, et la jeune fille complétait le réfrigérateur pour le peit déjeuner et apportait le pain frais. Ce furent les seules prestations offertes durant le séjour pour 70 la nuit !! Même pour le réglement par chèque, aucune facture n'a été établie en contre-partie.
