Step inside and be greeted by a tastefully furnished interior adorned with antique country furniture.The spacious living room spans 30m2 and features a television, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Adjacent to the living room, a dining area boasts two comfortable sofa beds, providing additional sleeping arrangements. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. A convenient shower room and separate WC complete the ground floor.
Ascending a ladder, you will find a charming 30m2 bedroom on the upper level, adorned with a cozy double bed. Outside, a gravelled terrace awaits, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue, offering an idyllic spot for al fresco dining. The surrounding garden is adorned with lush trees and provides ample parking space. Additionally, a separate annex hosts a washing machine for your convenience.
To enhance your stay, a splendid swimming pool (10x5) is available for shared use with the owners, who reside in a separate house with a distinct entrance. Please note that pets are not allowed.
