Located in a charming neighborhood just 1 km away, this farmhouse is the perfect accommodation option for your group. With a capacity to comfortably sleep 24 people, you have the option to rent the entire farmhouse or choose to rent each house independently for either 9 or 15 people.

The big house, which can accommodate 15 people, boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4 toilets. The bedrooms consist of 5 beds measuring 160x200 and 5 beds measuring 90x190. Additionally, cots are available upon request. The house features a cozy lounge area with a fireplace, a scullery, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room.

The house, which was restored in 2010, is available for rental from December onwards. It is specifically designed to accommodate 9 people and comprises 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. A spacious dining room allows guests from both houses to gather around a traditional Quercynoise fireplace. Furthermore, there is a game room located in the converted 45 m2 old cellar. Completing the house, there is a comfortable 20m2 living area.

Surrounding the farmhouse, you will find various areas equipped for games and relaxation, ensuring everyone can fully enjoy the extensive property. In the midst of the playing fields, an ash tree serves as a gateway to swings, climbing ropes, rope ladders, rings, and more. Additionally, there is a tranquil and shaded orchard area with sunbathing facilities. For convivial meals, there are two spacious gardens under the shade of basswood and hazel trees, complete with a griddle.

Situated in the Regional Natural Park of limestone Quercy, the Mas farmhouse guarantees a calm and relaxing stay. It is also ideally located for exploring nearby attractions such as Rocamadour (24 km away), Padirac (24 km away), the Dordogne and Lot valleys (30 km away), and Saint Cirq Lapopie (35 km away). Built between 1771 and 1822, the Mas farmhouse was carefully restored in 2005 to preserve its authentic charm. The farmhouse offers a generous living space of 200m² for your comfort and enjoyment.
