Welcome to our large seaside villa in St Aubin Sur Mer. Located just 200 meters from the Alabaster Coast's most beautiful sand beach, this villa is approved by Gîtes de France with a 3-ear rating and can accommodate up to 17 people. With 175m² of living space and situated on a 1500m² plot of planted land, this is the perfect vacation rental for large groups.

The villa offers a small tarred closed court with outdoor furniture, a fixed outside barbecue, and a ping pong table. Additionally, there is a lockable shed available for bicycles. Inside, you'll find a cozy small bedroom with one single bed and another bedroom with two single beds, complete with toys, society games, and disguises. There is also a washbasin in this area.

On the ground floor, you'll find a dining room adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The spacious living room (47m²) has a stunning view of the sea from 10 large windows. It also features a French billiards table (180/100), a sofa bed, a large table, a TV, and a small working fireplace.

The first and second floors house five bedrooms, including four double beds, nine single beds, and three cots with covers, duvet-covers, and pillows. There are two bathrooms and two separate toilets on these floors. The villa is centrally heated and also equipped for babies.

For your convenience, sheet rentals are available at a cost of 6 euros per pair, and there is a cleaning supplement of 60 euros. Every morning, you can purchase freshly caught fish from the local fishermen boats. All your shopping needs can be met in nearby Veules les Roses and St Valéry en Caux, both just a 10-minute drive away. These towns offer a pleasure port with a tourist office, casino, swimming pool, aerodrome, and hospital. If you're looking for more excitement, the beach resort of Dieppe is just 25 minutes away.

In the surrounding area, you'll find many beautiful floral parks, such as the Bois des Moutiers in Varengeville sur Mer, as well as charming chateaux and stately homes. If you enjoy walking, there are numerous trekking paths along the shoreline and through the countryside.

Directions

From Paris, travel approximately 200km to reach Rouen. Once in Rouen, take the Barentin exit and continue on the A15 highway. Follow the signs towards Pavilly and then take the D142 road towards Limésy/Yerville. Once you reach Yerville, turn right onto D142 towards SAINT LAURENT Cx. Continue on this road, passing through Fountain Dun and St Pierre the viger, until you reach D237. Take a right onto D237 towards Strapping woman - St Pierre the Old man. At the Dun Borough, make a right turn to cross towards St Aubin. Look out for "the Saltworks" and take the left turn onto D75 towards St Aubin. Descend on the street leading to "the beach". The entrance will be on your left, after passing a series of letter-boxes belonging to the postal and telecommunications authorities.
Alternatively, if coming from Rouen, head towards Dieppe and then take the St Aubin/Scie exit. Turn towards Offranville and continue on D54 towards Ouville the river. From there, take D925 towards Bourg Dun and finally D237 towards St Aubin on sea.
