Linas is a picturesque French village located 25 km south of Paris, making it an ideal stopover on the route to the west or south of France. Our charming house is a beautifully renovated rural retreat with a spacious garden. The tranquil ambiance of our guest rooms is created by a tasteful blend of traditional and contemporary elements, featuring refined materials and soothing colors. Prepare to feel refreshed and at ease during your stay.We offer three exquisite and elegant rooms: "l'Amarante" can accommodate up to four people and is fully accessible for disabled guests, "l'Alcôve" boasts a comfortable double bed, and "la Dorée" features a cozy single bed. L'Amarante even has its own private terrace where, weather permitting, breakfast can be served. Additionally, there is a dedicated parking area within our garden for the convenience of our guests.
The entrances to our guest rooms are completely separate from the main entrance of the house, ensuring privacy for our guests. Each room is equipped with an "Italian" shower, toilet facilities, a TV, a DVD player, and complimentary high-speed internet access.
All three rooms share a communal dining room, which is equipped with self-catering facilities including a kettle, microwave, griddle, fridge, and kitchenware. Guests are welcome to prepare their own meals or enjoy a traditional French breakfast, complete with fresh baguettes, croissants, and homemade jams.

"If you prefer not to drive to Paris, there is a nearby coach station within walking distance. From there, you can catch regular coaches heading to Porte d'Orléans, which is approximately a 45-minute journey. Once you arrive at Porte d'Orléans, you can conveniently transfer to the metro (line 4) which will directly take you to popular destinations such as Saint Michel-Notre Dame and Châtelet."
