"Smart Living" offers a fully independent apartment with a private entrance from the charming courtyard garden. This unique 15th century stone house has maintained its original features, including stone flag floors and traditional "French-style" ceilings. The kitchen and dining area are equipped with modern amenities such as an induction cooker, top fridge, microwave oven, and complete set of crockery and kitchen utensils. The spacious 20m2 bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a single bed, and ample storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Additionally, house linens are provided for your convenience.

Directions

The destination is located 15 kilometers to the west of Nîmes. To get there from the A9, take the Gallargues exit and continue on the N113 towards Nîmes. Then, turn onto the D1 towards Calvisson shortly after passing the Bas Rhône canal. Upon reaching the village, follow the signs to the house, which is located two doors past the town hall (mairie). There is a convenient and secure parking area available on the main square of Calvisson, behind the small supermarket Casino. This parking area is free of charge and only a five-minute walk from the house.
