Ideal for a party of 4 adults and 2 children, the gite offers a well-equipped kitchenette, a cozy living room with a television, and a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140cm), as well as laundry facilities including a washing machine and an iron.

The gite also boasts a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. Additionally, there is a mezzanine area with two bunk beds (80cm) for the little ones, and on the other side of the mezzanine, a double bed (140cm) for two people.

Outside, the garden is fully enclosed and includes a barbecue for outdoor cooking and dining. Enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty of the surrounding pine forest, while being just a short distance from the beach and golf course.

Directions

To get to the destination, follow motorway A63 towards Capbreton - Hossegor. Once you reach the golf of Seignosse, continue straight and avoid the golf roundabout. Instead, take the next right towards Tucs. Pass in front of the "Océliande" camping site and continue until the road ends. Make a U-turn at the roundabout and return on the Avenue of the Tucs. After 50 meters, turn right into the carpark. From the carpark, take the pedestrian path along the line. After 30 meters, you will find villa-patio n°132, which is marked by a natural arch of shrubs.
