8 travelers can enjoy their stay in this beautiful Landaise house located in the heart of the Médoc region. With 4 bedrooms and 5 beds, there is plenty of space for everyone. The house also offers 3 bathrooms for convenience.Situated between the ocean, large vineyards, and the estuary, this house is the perfect base for exploring the region. The beaches of Montalivet are just 10 minutes away, while Lesparre-Medoc and its shops are only 5 minutes away. The house is surrounded by the stunning Médoc vineyards.
The house itself is of high quality and sits on a private wooded grounds of 2300 m2. There is a covered outdoor barbecue for al fresco dining. The pretty village of Vendays is just 3 minutes away. The interior of the house has been completely renovated with taste and passion in winter 2016.
In addition to its great location and beautiful surroundings, the house is well-equipped for cooking enthusiasts. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The living room is spacious and features French doors that open onto the barbecue area. There is also a bar overlooking the kitchen.
The bedrooms offer comfortable bedding, and there is a separate toilet on the ground floor. The house also has a mezzanine area upstairs with two additional beds and its own shower and toilet. An extra bed for a child is also available if needed.
Linen, towels, and bed linen are included in the rental. The house can be rented at any time of the year, including the end of year holidays.
Please note that the house is non-smoking and should be treated with respect. The rental is for a maximum of 8 people and pets are not allowed. A refundable deposit of 1000 euros is required, and the house should be left in a clean and tidy condition.
The host is available in case of any issues or incidents.
