Located on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment is flooded with natural light. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people and even offers a cot playpen for children free of charge for those aged 4 years and below.The flexible layout of each room ensures that our guests feel at ease and relaxed during their stay. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our visitors.
Upon entering, you will find an entrance hall with a corridor containing various tourist brochures that may prove useful during your "Roman Holiday". The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and warming food, while the bathroom features a bath with a shower over it.
The spacious and bright living room boasts a large 3-seater sofa bed and an additional sofa bed. One of the rooms opens up to a charming balcony adorned with beautiful flowers and comfortable deck chairs, perfect for relaxation.
To ensure a comfortable stay, the apartment is equipped with central heating (adjustable to your preference) and air conditioning. Additionally, it offers various amenities that will make you feel right at home, including Wi-Fi internet, an HD LCD TV, DVD/CD/MP3/pendrive player, a stereo CD player, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, electric food warmers, toasters, and more.

Directions from Fiumicino Airport:
Upon arrival at the airport Railway station, take the metro A line (towards Battistini) until you reach the "Cipro-Musei Vaticani" stop. Once you exit the underground, head towards Via Giulio Venticinque and the third street on the left will be Via Luigi Rizzo.
Directions from Ciampino Airport:
Upon arrival at the airport bus station, make your way to ROMA TERMINI. From there, take the metro A line (towards Battistini) until you reach the "Cipro-Musei Vaticani" stop. Once you exit the underground, head towards Via Giulio Venticinque and the third street on the left will be Via Luigi Rizzo.
