This detached house is ideal for a small group of 3 people and a baby. It is located just 3 km away from all the necessary shops. In addition to that, there is an outdoor swimming pool, riding stables, and a tennis court nearby. For some family fun, there is also a theme park just 10 minutes away.If you're looking to spend a relaxing day at the beach, the nearest beaches, such as Concarneau and Concarneau, are only 20 minutes away. The charming towns of Quimper and Pont-Aven can be reached in just 10 and 20 minutes respectively.
The accommodation itself consists of a kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. On the ground floor, there is a room with a double bed and a cot for the baby. Upstairs, there is a cozy mezzanine bedroom with a single bed.
Outside, there is a large terrace with comfortable garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Children will have plenty to do with a large playground featuring swings, a football goal, and a bowling alley.
The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities including a dishwasher, microwave grill oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is also a TV with Freeview and a radio for entertainment. A washing machine is available for communal use.

Directions
To reach Ellie from the east (Lorient), take the Kerampaou RN165 expressway and follow the signs towards ROSPORDEN. Once in ROSPORDEN, head towards Ellie. Upon reaching Ellie, make a right turn at the SPAR shop and continue towards Tourc'h. After approximately 3 kilometers, look for a yellow sign indicating "Penfoennec-Huella" and make a right turn there.
If you are coming from the north (Saint-Brieuc), follow the directions towards ROSTRENEN and GOURIN, then proceed to ROUDOUALLEC and CORAY. In Coray, at the fire station, make a left turn and continue straight until you reach Tourc'h. Once in Tourc'h, pass the church and take the first road on the right towards Ellie. After traveling for about 4 to 5 kilometers, make a right turn towards Ellie. Finally, take the first road on the left that leads to Penfoennec.
