Recommendation
We stayed with roselayne and Gerard in May 2016 in the double room. I can most heartedly recommend the room and the hosts. The bed and the room were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The hosts were great, and the area is beautiful. If you want peace and quiet this is the place.
Directions
To reach Annecy Sud, continue in the direction of Tuna. As you leave Lake Veyrier, proceed towards Menthon St Bernard / Talloire. Just before reaching Talloires, take a left turn towards the Forclaz Pass. After descending the pass for approximately 1.5 km, you will come across a sign for Montmin. Take a left turn towards the church and continue until you reach the road that is restricted to residents only. After 50 meters, turn left onto a private road. The first cottage you come across will be on your left.
