Ground floor:The kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge with a freezer box.
There is a cozy living room with a fireplace, television, and DVD player. Additionally, there is another living room with a comfortable sofa.
The laundry area includes a washing machine and dryer, and there is a separate toilet.
First floor:
Upstairs, you will find a mezzanine with a double bed (140 * 200) and two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds (90 * 200), while the other bedroom has a double bed (140 * 200) and a cot room for a baby.
There is a bathroom on this floor with a shower and toilet, as well as baby equipment available.
The house is heated with oil central heating.
Optional extras:
We offer the option to rent linen for 10 euros per pair.
There is also a cleaning fee of 50 euros available.
If you would like to use the fireplace, we can provide a bag of wood for an additional cost of 20 euros.
