Located in the picturesque port of Lyvet, near Dinan and Saint-Malo, this delightful cottage has been recently renovated to accommodate 1-4 people. With a total area of 40 m2, the ground floor features an entrance and a well-equipped bathroom, while the upper floor offers a cozy living and sleeping area, as well as a kitchen space with a view of the Rance River.We have carefully decorated the cottage to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, using high-quality materials throughout. It provides all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay on the banks of the Rance, while also being conveniently close to restaurants and popular tourist attractions in the region. Additionally, there is a charming little terrace on the upper floor.
Please note that during the high season, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. Access to the rental is via a shared road. The ground floor includes an entrance and a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. A spiral staircase leads to the well-lit upper floor, where you will find the kitchen area, the terrace, and the living and sleeping area (featuring convertible sofas) with a lovely view of the harbor.
