Welcome to Domaine de Montloubier, a charming 19th century stone farmhouse that is beautifully maintained. Philippe and Marie-Laurence are your hosts, ready to provide you with a wonderful holiday experience, a comfortable stay, or a well-organized training course. Situated in the southern Ardèche region, our farmhouse is only 15 minutes away from the bathing spots of Libie and Ardeche, and just 30 minutes away from Vallon Pont dArc and the famous Chauvet cave. We are also conveniently located near Ballazuc, Labeaume, and Voguë.Our farmhouse exudes charm and is tastefully decorated, offering a high level of comfort. It faces south, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Ardèche mountains. Surrounded by a 5000 m² park and enclosed by trees, our property provides a peaceful and private atmosphere. We also offer private parking for your convenience.
Reaching us is easy, as we are only 20 km away from the Montélimar TGV station, and there is a bus stop just 300 meters away. Our location in a sunny valley, within a quiet village of 3000 inhabitants, ensures a tranquil stay. Despite our peaceful setting, we are still only a 4-minute walk from the city center, where you can find all the amenities you need, including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and medical services.
If you are planning a gathering with family, friends, or colleagues, we offer the possibility to rent both of our cottages, accommodating a total of 24 people. You can enjoy meals together in our beautiful vaulted reception room, which spans 70m² on the ground floor. This space is equipped with tables, sound systems, and a video screen. Adjacent to the reception room is a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, a dishwasher, six tables, and enough dishes for 40 people.
We also offer weekend visits and discovery tours of the Ardèche region. These residential stays take place on specific weekends throughout the year, allowing you to explore the must-see places while also providing ample time for relaxation. On Saturday evenings, we even host a dance party for your entertainment.
During your stay, you have the opportunity to explore the local attractions, such as the troglodyte houses at Balmes de Montbrun and the charming villages of Voguë, Labeaume, and Antraigues. You can also visit renowned sites such as the Chauvet cave and the Aven dOrgnac cave.
Our cottages, "Panorama" and "Montloubier," can respectively accommodate 15 and 9 people. Each cottage is equipped with all the necessary amenities and features a terrace (16m² and 20m²) with garden furniture and a barbecue. If you prefer not to cook, we can arrange catering services from a local caterer who uses fresh, local ingredients.
Philippe, a sports coach, is also available to offer fitness activities. We have a 32m² fitness area equipped with weight machines and cardio training equipment. In addition, we have facilities for petanque, ping pong, and volleyball/badminton. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, we provide access to hiking trails and offer bike rentals (including 8 mountain bikes, 5 regular bikes, and 5 VTC bikes).

This charming gite can accommodate up to 24 guests comfortably. Spanning across 320 m², it consists of two beautifully designed Mas houses. The property offers a fully independent space, featuring a total of 8 cozy bedrooms, 5 well-appointed bathrooms, and 8 convenient toilets. There are also two spacious dining rooms and two relaxing TV lounges, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The gite boasts two fully equipped kitchens, allowing for easy meal preparation. Additionally, there is a generous reception room measuring 64 m², capable of seating up to 40 people comfortably. The sleeping area offers a variety of sleeping arrangements, including 4 double beds, 1 double bed with dimensions of 2x90x190 cm, 8 single beds, 2 baby beds, and 4 extra beds.Reviews

Directions
To get to our field, start by reaching the SNCF station in Montelimar. If you are coming from Paris, it will take approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes. If you are coming from Lyon, the journey will be around 1 hour and 45 minutes. From Valence, it will only take 25 minutes. Once you reach the station, take a bus which will take you to the Villeneuve de Berg center. The bus ride will last around 35 minutes. From the bus stop, it is just a short walk to our field.
