This description is for a 60m2 apartment located on the first floor of a small condominium in Dinard. The apartment is situated in a quiet area without any obstructions and offers a beautiful sea view. It features a spacious living room with a fitted kitchen, equipped with modern amenities such as an induction hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and oven. There are two bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and large cupboards, and the other with two 90 beds and a wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom includes a double washbasin, bath with shower, and a washing machine. Separate toilets are also available. The apartment is rented with beds already made and towels provided. Basic necessities such as coffee and sugar are also provided upon arrival. Amenities such as a bakery are located just 50m away, and the city center is within 500m, allowing for easy access to everything on foot. The beach is only 50m from the apartment. If you wish to explore further, the beautiful city of St Malo is a 15-minute drive away or can be reached by a 2-minute walk to the shuttle boat embarkation point. The region offers magnificent sites to visit, including the medieval district of Dinan (20 minutes), Mont St Michel (30 minutes), the medieval village of Dol de Bretagne, the golf courses of Elms and St Malo le Tronchet, and the city of Combourg, which holds great significance in the history of Chateaubriand.
