The accommodation offered consists of two adjoining bedrooms. One bedroom has a 140cm bed, while the other has a 160cm bed. Additionally, a baby bed is available. There is one bathroom with an Italian shower, two sinks, a separate toilet, and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a covered terrace. The living space includes a lounge area, a dining area with a 12-person table, and a bar corner. The barn is situated on 8 hectares of open wooded ground and features a BBQ and an outdoor warm shower. The total surface area of the barn is 150m².The location of the barn is conveniently 3km from the A 63 motorway, specifically exit n°11, between Magescq and Herm. The village of Magescq is also just 3km away. The barn is a short 20-minute drive from the ocean, specifically Messanges Plage, and a 15-minute drive from the center of Soustons. Soustons Plage and Vieux Boucau can be reached in approximately 20 minutes as well.
The rental includes bed linen (sheets, cover, pillow), bath mats, 4 towels, and a kitchen towel. As for entertainment, various options are available such as dice, cards, darts, petanque for children, golf equipment, forest hikes, croquet for children, volleyball, badminton, and access to a ping-pong table. Please note that there is no television, but WIFI is available within 100 meters. The owner lives nearby and is happy to provide guidance and recommendations.
For additional accommodation, the ARRION guesthouse, located 100 meters from the barn, offers extra bed and breakfast options.
In terms of pricing for 2022, the rental is available on a weekly basis with a minimum stay of one week. Check-in is on Saturday at 4 pm, and check-out is on the following Saturday at 12 noon. During mid-July to the end of August, the weekly rate is 900,-. In the low season, the rate is 700,- per week. For campers with their own tent, the daily rate is 10,- per person, with children under 10 years staying for free. A deposit of 500,- is required.
