Welcome to our charming gite, where you will enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. The rooms have an independent entrance, offering you privacy and convenience. With a beautiful view of our garden and a heated swimming pool, you can relax and unwind in style.We take great pride in the recent arrangement of the rooms, ensuring impeccable hygiene and providing you with a restful experience on our brand new and comfortable bedding. The beds are spacious, measuring 160. Each room also has its own private bathroom and toilet.
Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking and we do not allow animals on the premises.
Our fully furnished accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. It boasts a living area of 27m² and includes a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with satellite TNT. For your convenience, a washing machine is also provided.
The bedroom features a comfortable 140-sized bed and a bathroom with a toilet. Outside, you will find a covered terrace with a plancha for your outdoor cooking needs. To ensure your comfort, the gite is equipped with an air conditioner. Stay connected with our high-speed internet connection, available through both WIFI and ethernet.
Rest assured, your car will be safe and secure in our closed parking area.
Lastly, please note that the swimming pool is shared and accessible from 10 am to 7 pm. We look forward to welcoming you to our gite and providing you with a memorable stay.

Directions
To reach Gujan Mestras from Bordeaux, follow the A63 towards the Arcachon basin, then take the A660 in the direction of Gujan Mestras. Once you arrive in Gujan Mestras, you will find 13 Sand Lane, 33470 at the end of the driveway.
