Enjoy a peaceful getaway at La Roseraie, located just 400m from the stunning La Vallee des Singes (Valley of the Monkeys) and only 50 minutes away from Futuroscope. Our guests can take advantage of our refreshing 10m x 5m ‘Desjoyeaux swimming pool, perfect for endless hours of summer fun.
La Roseraie is a beautifully restored 1850 Charentais stone farmhouse, boasting exposed oak beams, stone and wood floors that exude charm. With 4 spacious bedrooms, this farmhouse comfortably sleeps 12 guests. Recently renovated to a very high standard, the house offers modern bathrooms, ample lounges, and spacious bedrooms for ultimate relaxation. Entertainment options include a small billiard table and children's games. Guests also have access to a fridge for their convenience.
To make the most of the warm summer evenings, we provide a large covered patio with an original old built-in bread oven, creating the perfect spot for al fresco dining. Additionally, garden furniture is available for guests to relax in the sun or under the shade of our magnificent walnut and chestnut trees.

Directions

To find La Roseraie, a house located in the small hamlet of Chez Sicault, follow these travel directions:

The location is situated 30 minutes south of Poitiers. To get to Poitiers, you can take either the A10 or N10. Once in Poitiers, take the fast and straight N10 towards the Couhé turn off, which should take approximately 30 minutes. At the turn off, turn left at the Intermarché supermarket, and then follow the signs leading to the village of Romagne.

An additional tip for easy navigation is that La Roseraie is conveniently just 400 meters away from the famous La Vallée des Singes (Valley of the monkeys) visitor attraction. Therefore, you can simply follow any signs that direct you from various locations within the region.

Ultimately, our house, La Roseraie, is located in Chez Sicault, a small hamlet merely 2 kilometers away from the village of Romagne.
