Welcome to Villa Labarque 2, located in a peaceful and exceptional setting between the sea and the countryside. This is the perfect place for nature lovers in Saint François, Guadeloupe. The villa is only 4km away from the town center, with shops conveniently located just 1km away. The beach is only 50 meters away, with direct access to Lanse à la Barque beach through a small staircase along the property.

Thank you for your interest in our guest rooms at Villa La Barque 2. The villa offers four guest rooms, two with a king-size bed (180 x 200) and two with two single beds (90 x 200) that can be joined together to form a double bed (upon request). Each room is equipped with two bedside tables with lighting, a desk with a chair, a kettle with tea, herbal tea, coffee, and sugar, a dressing area, and a private shower room with a sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. Each room also features a small terrace with two armchairs and a coffee table. All rooms face south, offering exceptional views of the sea and its islands. Guests also have direct access to the 4x8 saltwater pool and its sun terrace, as well as direct access to Lanse à la Barque beach.

Various activities are available, including Palets, ping-pong, and board games (upon request). The nightly rate for a room is 145 euros. For stays of three nights or more, the rate is 135 euros per night. An additional bed can be added to a room for an extra charge of 40 euros per night. Breakfast is available for 12 euros for a sweet breakfast and 15 euros for a savory breakfast (upon request). Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 9:30 am on the large terrace with a full sea view on the upper floor, in the private area of your hosts. A security deposit of 500 euros is required, along with vacation rental insurance. A tourist tax of 2.25 euros per night per adult applies. Payment terms include a 30% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining 70% one month before your arrival. Please note that holiday checks or vouchers are not accepted.

Travel Directions to Villa La Barque 2 in Anse a la Barque, Saint Francois, Grande Terre Guadeloupe:

1. Upon exiting the airport, follow the signs towards Pointe à Pitre.
2. After approximately 4.5km, take the National Road 4 in the direction of Le Gosier, Sainte Anne, Saint Francois.
3. Continue on National Road 4 for about 35km, passing through Le Gosier, Dampierre, Petit Havre, and Sainte Anne.
4. Important: About 6km after Sainte-Anne, do not take the first direction signposted "Séo-Anse à la Barque" that is also indicated for "Pierres et Vacances." Instead, continue on the national road for about 2km.
5. When you see the place called "Blonval" approximately 5km before the village of Saint Francois, keep an eye out for a bus stop.
6. Just after the bus stop, leave the national road and turn right in the direction of "Anse à la Barque." Look for signs directing you to Hotel Amaudo as well.
7. The first sign for Hotel Amaudo will indicate the direction. Continue for 1km, then after a turn, continue for another 100m and take the entrance on the right. The small road will be going uphill.
8. Follow the road until the end, and you will find Villa La Barque on your left.
