This bright room is located on the ground floor of an independent building, offering a harmonious ambiance with warm tones. It features a comfortable double bed, a corner office, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom equipped with environmentally friendly dry toilets and an Italian 90*120cm shower.Start your day with a delicious breakfast served either at our table or in the beautiful gazebo, weather permitting. For dinner, we offer a table d'hôtes experience, available upon reservation and subject to our availability.
Located on the outskirts of an 8-hectare wood, our hamlet is perfect for nature lovers. There is a hiking trail passing through the property, connecting to the GR 37 just 1 km away. The Dinan-Vannes greenway is also conveniently located 1 km from here. We have a garage available for bicycles or motorcycles, and a park for horses or donkeys accessible directly from the courtyard. You can also enjoy the company of our farm animals, including cats, chickens, and sheep.

For larger groups, we offer an additional room on the first floor, perfect for 6 people and wheelchair accessible.The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen and a convenient washing machine for your convenience. Parking is available onsite, ensuring a hassle-free experience. You can also enjoy the serene garden, relax on the terrace, and savor delicious meals prepared on the barbecue.
Stay connected with our modern amenities, including a TV and the choice of either wifi or cable internet access. If you are planning to bring your furry friend along, kindly inform us in advance.

Starting from Rennes, follow the RN 12 road towards St Brieuc. Take the second exit labeled "Montauban-de-Bretagne". Turn right, then left onto the D61 road towards Médréac. Proceed straight for 2 km, passing through the small village of Saint-MHervon. After reaching a crossroads where a pumping station is visible on your right, continue for another 100 m and turn right onto a lane marked with a "stop" sign. You have arrived at your destination!
The nearest train station is Montauban-de-Bretagne, located 7 km away.
