Directions
Take the A75 and exit south of Clermont-Ferrand towards St. Nectarios, Besse, and Champeix. Avoid Plauzat and Champeix. Once in Champeix, make a left turn towards Clémensat and St-Floret. In St-Floret, at the stop sign, turn right towards Saurier and Besse. After leaving the village, continue for 800 meters and you will reach a place called "the great vine." Take the last road on the right to find the panel indicating the road to the cheeses of Auvergne. After 100 meters, you will find the lodgings.
