Description for Gite

This cozy cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and features charming stone walls that are either exposed or covered with wood. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a traditional fireplace spanning 15 sqm, a spacious living room with a cozy sofa bed for 2 people and another fireplace, measuring 40 sqm. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor.

Moving up to the first floor, you will find a generous 25 sqm bedroom with a double bed and space for a baby cot, as well as a second bedroom measuring 15 sqm with two single beds.

Outside, there is a separate storage area for bicycles and a canoe, which also houses a washing machine and a clothes drying area. The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful 800 sqm garden, enclosed by a hedge of woodland trees.

Directions

To reach St Brieuc, you can take either N12 or E50. To leave St Brieuc and head towards Lanvollon Paimpol, follow D6. When you reach Lanvollon, continue on D7 towards Paimpol. As you enter Paimpol, do not take the roundabout towards Lézardrieux Tréguier D786. Instead, take the roundabout towards Penhoat (approximately ¾ of the way around the roundabout). After around 4 km, you will see a sign for the Penhoat hamlet. Take the first left after 200m. After 1 km, you will see a sign for Danot. Take the left at the intersection after 100m. TY LEFF house is located 100m down the road on the left, with the number 10.
