Our spacious lodging spans an area of 60m² and is situated on the second floor of our lovely house. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and offers the following amenities: a cozy living room equipped with a TV and DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen featuring a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster, a charming first bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed (140x190), and a second bedroom adorned with two single beds (90x190). The beds are made upon your arrival, and we provide towels in the bathroom which features a refreshing shower. Additionally, the lodging includes a toilet, washing machine, and access to our garden where you can relax amidst beautiful greenery, take a dip in the swimming pool, or bask in the sun. Stay connected with our WiFi connection and rest assured that we can provide a cot and baby equipment upon request. For your convenience, we also offer babysitting services and optional housekeeping supplements. The minimum rental period is 2 nights.

Directions

If you are coming from Strasbourg or Mulhouse on the A35, follow these travel directions:
1. Take exit 25 towards Freiburg / Horbourg / Colmar South.
2. Stay on the left lane and make a left turn onto rue de la Semm D13, heading towards Colmar Sud.
3. Proceed to the traffic light and make a right turn onto avenue d'Alsace N422.
4. Continue straight and at the second traffic light, make a right turn onto rue du Landwasser.
5. Keep going straight and take the fifth street on your left.
6. Continue along the path until you reach the Niederau green house with a deer on the front.
