This apartment is conveniently located near various amenities and attractions, including the beach, food shops, markets, water sports, cultural centers, nightclubs, water park, nature base, historical center of old FREJUS, and shopping in ST RAPHAEL. Access to these places is made easy through a pedestrian path called "chemin béal".

Overlooking the residence's park, this apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, but is ideal for 2. It features an entrance, a spacious bathroom with toilet, a fully renovated kitchenette, and a living room with a non-enclosed sleeping area. The sleeping capacity includes 1 double bed in the room area and 1 double sofa bed in the living area.

To secure your reservation, a signed contract and a deposit check are required. The remaining rental fee and deposit must be paid upon arrival. The apartment is equipped with new appliances such as a TV, washing machine, multifunction microwave oven, ceramic hob, and fridge-freezer. The bathroom is furnished with a large wall mirror above the sink and toilet, as well as an additional mirror on the inside of the door.

To make a reservation, the tenant must sign a contract and provide a deposit check of 30% of the total rent. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the completed and signed lease, along with the deposit check. The balance of the rental fee and the deposit must be paid upon arrival before keys are handed over.

Upon arrival, a guarantee check must be given to the owner's representative, who will keep it throughout your stay. The price includes water and electricity consumption, except during low season when a flat rate of 105 per week applies.

In the event of cancellation less than one month before the lease starts, the tenant forfeits the deposit paid. If cancellation occurs less than one month before the lease starts, the tenant is also liable to pay the difference between the deposit and the total rent, as a penalty.

Check-in takes place on Saturdays, and the owner's representative will be available to arrange arrival and departure times, as well as address any issues during your stay. Check-in is from 2 pm until evening, and check-out is in the morning before 11 am.

Upon check-in, 2 keychains will be provided, one of which includes the remote control for the residence's gate and underground garages. In the event of loss, a fee of 120 will be charged for the larger keychain with 4 keys, and a fee of 60 for the smaller keychain with 3 keys.

Guests have access to 3 pool bracelets, which are available in the apartment. In case of loss, each bracelet will incur a charge of 75.
