Situated on the 3rd floor of a residence with an elevator, the apartment has been completely renovated and features air conditioning. Located in the heart of the charming old town, it is conveniently close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Despite its central location, the apartment is peaceful as it faces a lush green area, perfect for relaxation.The studio consists of a spacious living room with a large bay window that opens onto a terrace with views of the surrounding greenery and a glimpse of the sea. There is also a separate, well-equipped kitchen with its own large bay window. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and there is a generous dressing room for added convenience.
The apartment comes fully equipped with modern amenities such as a microwave, washing machine, iron, flat-screen television, electric roller shutters, and air conditioning. You can also enjoy meals on the terrace.
Families with children are welcome, as the apartment provides a crib, high chair, and bathtub for their use.
