Welcome to our 3-star apartment in Cassis, perfect for a comfortable stay for up to 4 people. With its air conditioning and spacious 58 m2 area, you can relax and enjoy your holiday. Located just 50 meters from the beach, the center city and port are only a 10-minute walk away.The apartment features large windows in every room, all of which lead to a balcony with electric blinds. From this 40 m2 balcony, you can admire the beautiful views of the sea and Cap Canaille while enjoying your meals or sunbathing on the provided 2 sun loungers.
Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. The room is equipped with 3 nesting tables, 4 chairs, a color TV, and a library for your entertainment. The large bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 140cm bed for 2 people, along with 2 bedside tables, lamps, a dressing table with a chair, a 3-door wardrobe (one with a mirror), and a wooden chair. A cot is also available if needed.
To ensure your comfort, all windows and windows are equipped with electric shutters. The kitchen is well-equipped with 6 essential items, a table with 4 chairs, a dishwasher with 8 cutlery sets, a fridge/freezer, a microwave with a grill, and a coffee machine.
The bathroom features a shower cabin with windows, a sink with a cabinet (2 doors/3 drawers) and a mirror, a heated towel rail, and a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet.
For your convenience, a garage is provided. Linen rental is available upon request. Minimum rental rates start from 550 to 900 for a one-week stay.
