Each room at our establishment has its own unique style and features. The chocolate room is equipped with a 140x190 chocolate bed and a BZ 140x190, allowing up to 4 people to sleep comfortably. It also includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, and wc.
The Butterfly room offers a cozy atmosphere with a 140x190 bed, perfect for 1 or 2 people. It also includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, and wc.
The Anise green room showcases a Zen spirit and can accommodate 1 or 2 people. It features an Italian-style shower, basin, and wc.
For breakfast, we offer a delightful selection of homemade jams, Sourdough bread, homemade yogurt, and fresh seasonal fruits.
At our table d'hôtes, every dish is made from scratch, including our delicious ice cream. We use locally sourced products and ingredients from our organic garden.
During your stay, you can also meet Lilly and Charly, our friendly donkeys who have a fondness for carrots and hard bread. We also have 3 cats and 2 dogs named Choco and Licorice.
If you're looking for outdoor activities, the greenway is easily accessible, located just 900m away. This restored old railway track is perfect for leisurely walks or bike rides, surrounded by beautiful shade. You can also visit nearby attractions such as Condom, Lagraulet, the leisure park of Gondrin (5 kms) with its exciting water slides and pools, and the historic sites of Mouchan (1.2 kms), Flaran Abbey (13 kms), La Romieu collegiate church (15 kms), and Larressingle fortified village (5 kms). Don't miss out on the vibrant Latino tempo in Vic-Fezensac, the musical nights, and the night markets.

Description for Gite

Experience the tranquility of nature in our beautiful gite, nestled amidst lush greenery with stunning views of the Gersoises hills. Adjacent to a restored cellar, this charming 80 m2 gite spans 2 levels and offers a private terrace, parking, and free access to a sprawling 25000m2 garden.

The gite features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area and a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed. There are two bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and another on the upper level with three single beds (90 x 190). The bathroom includes a shower, two sinks, storage space, and a washing machine. There is a separate toilet as well.

Included amenities are a fridge/freezer, extractor hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, and board games.

The rental price for the gite is €425 per week during July and August (weeks 30-31-32-33) and €300 per week from week 34 onwards. Please note that linen and towels are not provided. Weekend stays are available, excluding the months of July and August.

Upon departure, we kindly ask that the gite is left clean. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance and a €250 damage deposit due on the day of arrival. We accept payment via holiday vouchers, cash, bank transfers, and checks in Euros.

During your stay, you'll have the pleasure of meeting our two friendly donkeys, as well as our two dogs and three cats. Please note that we do not allow outside pets.

In the surrounding area, there are plenty of leisure and activities to enjoy during the summer months. These include the Gondrin Aquatic Park, which features 4500m2 of swimming area, water slides, wave pool, and a paddling pool, just 5km from the gite. Other nearby attractions include thermal baths, a casino, a racecourse, a recreation area with a supervised beach and water slide in Castéra-Verduzan, and the Condom Aqualudique Recreation Center. Adventurous visitors can also try canoeing in Condom and Beaucaire, or partake in medieval activities such as crossbow shooting and catapults at Larressingle Medieval Camps.

For those interested in cultural heritage, there are several historic sites to explore, including Larresingle, Abbey of Flaran, Cathedral of Condom, Bastide de Fourcès, Collegiate Church of the Romieu, Cistercian Church of Mouchan, Castle of Cassaigne, Lavardens Castle, Museum of d'Artagnan in Lupiac, and Nogaro. Additionally, there are various festivals throughout the summer, such as the Latino Tempo in Vic-Fezensac, the Jazz Festival in Marciac, the Country Music Festival in Mirande, and the Musical Nights in Condom. Night markets are also held in July and August, offering a vibrant atmosphere and local products.

Directions

From Condom, head towards Eauze. Continue until you reach Mouchan. Once you exit Mouchan, cross the bridge called LOsse and turn right onto the first road that leads uphill towards vc hillasse. Proceed for 1.2 kilometers until you reach your destination, which is the first house on your right with red shutters.
