Welcome to our Bed and Breakfast! We offer comfortable and affordable accommodation starting at just $30 per night for one person on weekdays. For two persons, the rate is $46 and an additional person can be accommodated for $13. Please note that taxes of $0.75 per person per night apply.We provide free WIFI for all our guests. We have three rooms available for your stay.
The first room is our host bedroom, suitable for 1 to 3 people. It is located on the ground floor and features a double bed, a single bed, and a cot. The room is equipped with a flat screen TV and WIFI. The bathroom and toilet facilities are shared with one other room on the same floor.
The second room is an upstairs bedroom, perfect for up to 4 people. It offers a double bed and a single bed. This room also includes a flat screen TV and WIFI. The bathroom and toilet facilities are shared with one other room on the same floor.
Our third room is another upstairs bedroom, ideal for up to 3 people. It features a double bed and a single bed. Similar to the other rooms, it is equipped with a flat screen TV and WIFI. The bathroom and toilet facilities are shared with one other room on the same floor.
Additionally, we have a separate room on the ground floor with its own entrance. This room is suitable for 1 to 2 persons and includes a double bed, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. It also has a flat screen TV and WIFI.

The Faluères cottage is located on the left bank in the southeast of Laval. It is 5 minutes away from Beausoleil airport and the karting track, 5 minutes from downtown Laval, and near the towpath.
To find the cottage on GPS, search for "Laval" and "faluere" and select "Large faluere" or "house of faluères" from the list. The GPS coordinates are Latitude: 48° 03' 53" N and Longitude: 0° 44' 16" O.
If arriving from Paris or Rennes via the A81 motorway, take Exit #3 and follow the signs towards Laval-Centre. Continue straight at the first traffic light, pass the railway bridge, and turn left at the second light onto Morn Bridge (All Directions - ZI St Melaine). Continue to the next set of traffic lights, where there is a petrol station on your right and Bricomarché Lidl on your left. Cross the D57 to enter the path of Faluères, which is on your right. Take the prohibited direction (except for residents) for about 1 km, and the cottage will be on your left.
If arriving from Paris or Le Mans via the D57, follow the signs towards Laval. At the first set of traffic lights with Lidl on your right, immediately turn left onto the path of Faluères, taking the prohibited direction (except for residents) for about 1 km. The cottage will be on your left.
If arriving from Rennes, St Nazaire, or Nantes via the national road, follow the signs towards Laval, Tours, and Angers. Then, head towards Le Mans via the D57. Continue to the intersection with traffic lights, where there is a Bricomarché station on your left. Turn right at the lights, taking the prohibited direction (except for residents) for about 1 km, and the cottage will be on your left.
From the town center, drive towards the train station. In front of the station, turn right, leaving the railway line on your left. At the traffic lights, follow the signs for Toutes Directions ZI St Melaine and continue to the next set of junction lights. There, you will see a Bricomarché station on your right and Lidl on your left. Cross the D57 to enter the path of Faluères, taking the prohibited direction (except for residents) for about 1 km.
