This renovated 18th-century silk factory is located in the charming village of Chabanne, near Chirols Vals les Bains, Antraigues, and Aubenas. The house beautifully combines traditional features and modern touches in its restoration, with chestnut beams, stone windows, and antique furniture alongside polished concrete floors, a metal staircase, and aluminum door frames.

The cottage, which can accommodate up to 5 people, offers two bedrooms - one with a double bed (140cm) and one with twin beds (90cm). The main floor features a walk-in shower and a lava stone sink, accessible from both bedrooms.

The cozy living room with a high ceiling is particularly bright, thanks to a large bay window that opens onto the terrace. It includes a kitchenette and a sitting area with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and dishwasher.

An iron staircase leads to a relaxation area with a single bed (90cm) on the mezzanine, as well as a private terrace of 40m2 with breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys, including the 3 valleys and the Tanargue mountains. The outdoor space is furnished with a table, lounge chairs, an electric barbecue, and an old stone sink.

The cottage is conveniently located near rivers such as the Ardèche, Fontaulière, and Bourges, offering picturesque spots for swimming and fishing.

Additional amenities include private parking in front of the house, rental available from Saturday to Saturday, and the acceptance of pets (with prior agreement) for an additional fee of 50€ per week. The tourist tax, rated at 3 épis, is 0.80€ per day per person over 18 years old. Guests also have the option to add on a "household tranquility" package for 60€, allowing them to enjoy their holiday without worrying about the final cleaning.
