Description for B&B:

This luxurious one-bedroom holiday home is a new addition to the market, built in February 2006. Located on the first floor of a small residential apartment block in a well-established neighborhood, it offers all the comforts of home for up to four people.

The apartment's prime location in the heart of Juan-les-Pins makes it an ideal choice. Just 300 meters away, you'll find a stunning sandy public beach, perfect for soaking up the sun. The village center is just a short stroll away, offering convenient access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Additionally, both Leader Price and Spa supermarkets are within close proximity, with one just 50 meters away and the other 100 meters away.

Right across the road from the apartment is Jardin Pauline, a lovely park featuring lush lawns, trees, and benches. Families with children will appreciate the well-equipped play area within the park. Another excellent children's play area is located just 150 meters down the road.

Despite being situated on a busy road, the apartment is positioned at the rear of the building, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The apartment boasts exceptional sound insulation and double glazing, meeting the latest French regulations.

While a car is not necessary to explore the many attractions in the area, there is a designated parking place available in the underground car park for added convenience. For those who prefer public transportation, a bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the apartment building, and the railway station is just a short walk away. Both services provide easy access to the coastal region, and the bus service even offers direct routes to Nice airport.

Lastly, the apartment features a south-facing balcony that receives ample sunlight throughout the day, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor relaxation and dining.

Directions

The apartment is conveniently located near public transportation, making it the ideal way to get around the coastal area, especially during the busy season when parking can be difficult. Right outside Square Pauline, there is a bus stop that can take you to any of the resorts along the Cote d'Azur and the nearby inland towns. The railway station is also nearby and offers a breathtaking journey along the coast, reaching all the coastal resorts and even going as far as Ventimiglia in Italy, where you can explore a wonderful market with leather goods and designer clothes. If you're interested in visiting nearby towns like Grasse, Valbonne, and Vallauris, buses are available, but if you want to venture into the beautiful mountains, it's recommended to rent a car.

For car rental, all the major companies are based in Nice and can be booked through their .co.uk websites.

To get to the apartment, if you're coming from America, it may be cheaper to fly to London first and then catch a flight to Nice. Nice airport is easily accessible from many British airports, so check with your local budget airline for great deals. From the airport, you can take a bus or arrange for a car service at a reasonable cost to get to the apartment. We can help you with the arrangements, just let us know.

If you prefer to drive, the motorways from Calais extend to the Cote d'Azur, but keep in mind that you'll need to make an overnight stop along the way, perhaps in Lyon. Almost every kilometer of the journey will be on a toll road called "péage," and the total toll fees for the round trip will be around £100. Once you reach Antibes, follow the signs to Juan-les-Pins, but be aware that the road layout can be complicated. Look for Boulevard Raymond Poincare and drive along it until you see Jardin Pauline park on the left-hand side. Opposite the park, turn in just before the bus stop, and you'll find yourself in front of the garage doors.
