Introducing the new holiday cottage "Aux Pays des sucs"! Nestled in the tranquil green surroundings, away from main roads and neighboring houses, Chazes Farm is a true sanctuary. Situated in the heart of the "Sucs" at an elevation of 900 meters above sea level, it offers breathtaking views of the Emblavez Valley. This authentic little paradise boasts a 250m² house, with half occupied by its owners and the other half dedicated to the holiday cottage on the ground floor, featuring an independent room and an activities area upstairs.

Despite its serene location, Chazes Farm is conveniently close to major towns in Haute-Loire. Just a short drive away, you will find Le Pertuis, Saint-Hostien, the national road 88, Ysingeaux, the hall of cross-country skiing Meygal, Saint Julien Chapteuil, Le Puy-en-velay, and Les Estables ski resort, all within 30 minutes.

Families with children will find endless entertainment in our unique activities area, which includes a climbing wall (grips) on a 15m² equipped area, a mini ramp skateboard, a table soccer, a treehouse at 3 meters high with a stunning valley view, a swing for the little ones, a goal for sports enthusiasts, and the nearby Le Pertuis Via Ferrata.

The holiday cottage itself boasts a spacious main room with an open-concept kitchen and a cozy living room featuring a wood-burning stove. Furnished with a leather sofa, a leather sofa chair, and a large table with 6 chairs, it offers comfort and style. The night area features a king-size bed, while an independent bedroom on the ground floor offers a double bed, a shower, and a sink. An additional independent bedroom upstairs provides a king-size bed, a shower, and a sink. Other amenities include a WC on the ground floor, a 20m² patio on the ground floor, a 50m² patio upstairs, and 3500m² of land.

Pets are welcome, and we even have a large baker oven for making wood-fired pizzas. Additional amenities include a barbecue, deck chairs, garden furniture, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet, and a washing machine. Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience.
