Located 25 Km North-West from Brest in Landada, the charming new cottage "Brise des Abers" offers accommodation for 2 to 6 persons. Nestled in an enclosed garden, this cottage is designed for your comfort and boasts a sunny exposure. The terrace, complete with garden furniture, table, armchairs, deckchairs, and barbecue, is the perfect spot to unwind.On the ground floor, you will find a lounge/dining room with satellite TV offering French and international channels, and direct access to the terrace. The well-equipped open kitchen includes 4 hotplates, an oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and more. Additionally, there is a comfortable double bedroom (160*200), a bathroom with a hair dryer and towel dryer, and a separate WC.
The first floor features two bedrooms with a sea view, each equipped with two single beds (90*190) and a corner toilet. There is also a separate WC. Start your day with a delightful outdoor breakfast or savor the flavors of a barbecue feast using the freshly bought fish from the local market.As you enter the house, you'll be greeted with a sense of comfort and modernity. The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that is fully equipped for your convenience. Relax in the lounge area with international satellite TV, a DVD player, a comfortable sofa bed, and armchairs that can accommodate up to six people. The kitchen is well-appointed with a ceramic hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all the necessary dishes and utensils. Additionally, on the ground floor, you'll find a spacious master bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, wash basin, ample storage space, and a hairdryer. There is also a separate toilet and a garage equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and iron.
On the first floor, you'll discover two bedrooms with stunning sea views, each furnished with two beds measuring 90cm, as well as a wash basin. There is also a separate toilet for your convenience.
The illuminated parking area in the garden can accommodate two cars and is equipped with automatic lighting. The house is conveniently located just a 3-minute drive from Landéda, where you'll find various shops, a supermarket, and a weekly market. For more extensive shopping, a short 5km drive will take you to Lannilis, where you'll find three supermarkets and a wide range of shops.

To get from Rennes to the destination, follow these revised travel directions:
Start by heading towards Brest on RN 12. Before reaching Brest, continue towards Gouesnou. Once in Gouesnou, follow the signs for Lannilis (D 13). In Lannilis, take the road leading to Landeda. Upon reaching the village of Landeda, follow the signs for Dunes de St Marguerite. After driving for approximately 1.5 km, turn towards Plage de St Marguerite. The house is located 130 meters from the beach.
