This charming Charente house from 1875 offers a single level gîte accommodation that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. You will have the pleasure of staying adjacent to the friendly owners while enjoying your own private space.Inside the gîte, you will find a comfortable kitchen/living room area with electric heating already included in the price. The shower room and toilet are conveniently located, and the bedroom features a double bed as well as a single bed.
Outside, you can take advantage of the shared garden, private area, and terrace. There is also private parking available for your convenience. Plus, you will have access to a shared swimming pool on the private property, which is heated from April to October.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide all the necessary bed linens, household items, and towels. Additionally, if you prefer to relax and not worry about cleaning, we offer house cleaning services upon request for a small fee of €13 per hour. For families with young children, we can also provide a canvas cot and high chair upon request.
All charges are included in the rental price, so you can fully enjoy your stay without any additional costs. Furthermore, nature lovers will appreciate the proximity of forest tracks and footpaths right at your doorstep. If you are looking for some excitement, the spa town of Jonzac, as well as the "les Antilles" water sports centre, are only 30 kilometers away. And for a taste of city life, Bordeaux is less than 40 minutes away, offering a vibrant cultural scene and numerous attractions.
