Description:

Description for B&B:

Since 2016, Aurélie has been welcoming guests all year round to a charming, typically Perigourdine old mansion. This historic house was built in the late 18th century. Conveniently located between Terrasson (35 km), Périgueux (25 km), Montignac (20 km), and Sarlat (45 km), you'll find yourself at the center of all the main tourist attractions in the Dordogne region. It's also an ideal stopover location for those traveling on the A89 highway to their holidays.

Our bed and breakfast offers three remarkable, romantic, and incredibly spacious guestrooms, each labeled as a gite de France (3 épis) and clevacances (3 clés). Each room can accommodate three to four people and features its own private bathroom or shower room with a sink and toilet. The bedding, with a size of 160x200, is of high quality, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, we provide extra beds that are just as cozy. In each room, you'll find a table, chair, armchairs, wardrobe, and shelves for your convenience.

Two of the rooms are located on the first floor and share a common lounge area equipped with a TV, fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. The room on the ground floor has its own independent entrance, TV, coffee machine, and kettle. It is also specially equipped to accommodate individuals with reduced mobility, featuring grab bars in the walk-in shower and toilet, as well as ample space for wheelchair circulation.

For families with young children, we offer a cot, high chair, bath, and bottle warmer upon request, free of charge. Our swimming pool is open from around June 15th to September, and it is secured by an alarm and fence for added safety. The parking area can accommodate up to three cars and is well-lit.

A delicious breakfast, consisting of both sweet and savory options, is included in the room rate. It includes pastries, bread, cereals, cheese, charcuterie, homemade jam, yogurt, fruits, juice, coffee, tea, ricoré, and hot chocolate. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00 in the dining room on the ground floor or, weather permitting, on the terrace.

In the evenings, upon reservation, Aurélie offers a traditional Perigourdine table d'hôtes. If you prefer, you can also enjoy a picnic. We provide a toaster, microwave, fridge, and dishes in the dining room for your convenience.

Appréciations pour Au Pays De Jacquou, Fossemagne:

une belle adresse
Review by: LANGLOIS Marie-Paule, Fev 27 2018 12:47PM
