Description for B&B:

This chalet, built in 2015 on a farm dating back to 1795, is the perfect place to relax and find peace in a green environment. It is located just 3 minutes from the center of Chamonix. The cozy and modern accommodation spans 70m² and opens onto a ground garden with stunning views of the Bossons glacier and the Mont Blanc mountain range.

The chalet is spread over one level, with exposed timber beams and a mezzanine sleeping area above. The decor is refined, featuring old wood and windfall elements. The rooms have comfortable bedding and great attention has been paid to soundproofing between them.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living room and dining area, facing south-southwest. Two large windows brighten up the space, one of which opens onto the private garden where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the majestic Glacier des Bossons. The other window provides access to a balcony.

The bedrooms also open onto a large balcony with views of the Brevent and the Mont Blanc mountain range. The master bedroom has a 160 x 200 bed and French doors opening onto the balcony. It also has an en suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has trundle beds (2 x 90 x 190) and opens onto the balcony through patio doors. The third bedroom is a mezzanine with two beds (90 x 190), accessed by a steep staircase. Please note that this room is not suitable for young children.

The chalet also features a beautiful bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and natural stone basin. Free internet access is provided. Smoking is not allowed and pets are not permitted.

For ski enthusiasts, there is a heated storage area on the ground floor to store ski equipment. The chalet has a large private parking area and can be accessed via an internal staircase.

Check-in is available from 4 PM to 10 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. The location of the chalet also offers the possibility of going hiking or snowshoeing directly from the property. You can immerse yourself in the silence of the forest and reach the Bossons glacier in approximately 45 minutes.

Appréciations pour Clos des Songes, Chamonix Mont Blanc:

Un lieu idéal pour notre semaine au ski
Review by: Tasse, Fev 27 2017 5:54PM
