The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric cooker. The PVC double glazing and electric heating ensure a cozy environment. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, separate shower, and toilet, with a hairdryer provided. Additionally, there is an independent toilet on the ground floor.
