CINNAMON is the name of our charming house located in the beautiful AZUR FRAGRANCES villa in Mougins. Our house is designed to accommodate up to 12 people, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. We warmly welcome guests all year round and invite you to enter through our stunning terrace and garden.

As hosts, we offer the ground floor of the villa, which includes a terrace for relaxation, smoking, playing cards, and enjoying meals. You can start your day with a delicious breakfast in the summer sun or choose to dine at our custom host tables. We even have a barbecue and firewood available for you to savor grilled dishes or pizzas. In the evenings, Christian opens his pizzeria, while Sabrina organizes special desserts and entertaining karaoke and cartoon movie nights for your children's enjoyment. Meanwhile, you can relax in the garden, swing on the swings, or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, complete with sun umbrellas and a designated area for bronzing and relaxation.

Throughout the year, our family resides in the house and we invite you to join us in our spacious living room called "Amber" during breakfast or guest table meals. We are happy to provide information about the region, including recommended visits, walks, and other activities.

The neighborhood surrounding our house is quiet and filled with villas. You will find all amenities nearby, including shops, a heated municipal swimming pool in Mougins, bus stops, fitness centers, bakeries, restaurants, and the beautiful beaches of Cannes. Additionally, there are attractions like boutique shops, cinemas, bowling alleys, and must-visit islands such as the Îles Lerins. Nature lovers will enjoy exploring the Valmasque Forest in Mougins and golf enthusiasts will find the nearby golf course appealing. We are also conveniently located next to the heated municipal pool, Campelières, and the prestigious Rosella Hightover Dance School in Cannes.

CINNAMON, our charming cottage, is situated on the upper floor of our villa, offering a beautiful view of the garden and pool. With a spacious area of approximately 20 m2, it comfortably accommodates 2 guests (optionally 3 with an additional bed at an extra charge of 15). We also provide a "baby" umbrella bed for children under 3 years old upon request, free of charge.

The cottage features an ensuite shower, sink, and a well-equipped kittchinette complete with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, dishwasher, and electric cooking stove. The toilet is separate and shared, conveniently located in the hallway.

Additionally, as our guest, you are welcome to enjoy the amenities on the ground floor of our villa. This includes a communal main terrace with tables and chairs for your meals, a barbecue for your grilling needs, and a delightful garden with swings, a slide, children's games, and a communal pool with comfortable deckchairs.

Inside the Cottage Studio CINNAMON, you will find a cozy double bed measuring 180 cm * (which can be separated into two 90 cm mattresses), along with the option to add an extra bed for children aged 3 years and above at an additional charge of 20. We also provide a complimentary cot for children under 3 years old upon request. The cottage is furnished with storage cupboards, a dresser, a dining table with two chairs, a TV, and free WiFi throughout the entire villa.

For your convenience, free parking is available within our copropriété, and the surrounding area is filled with shops. Cannes and its beautiful beaches are just a 20-minute drive away.
