This charming and modern cottage in Labastide en Val is the perfect escape from the stress of everyday life. It offers all the comforts you need, including amenities for small children like a booster seat, high chair, baby bath, and changing table.

Just a short walk from the cottage, you'll find small pits and a natural water lake where you can swim and have a picnic. There's also a small alley along the house that leads to a peaceful square, perfect for enjoying pleasant moments.

The interior of the cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a refrigerator with freezer, oven, gas hob, and a dining area. The cozy living room has a TV, DVD player, and a sofa bed. WIFI access is available.

On the first floor, there's a shower room with a toilet and a washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The second floor has a bedroom with two single beds and a bed rail for added safety.

Labastide-en-Val is a charming village with around a hundred inhabitants. It's surrounded by woods, rivers, and fountains, providing a picturesque setting. The location is ideal for visiting Cathar castles, exploring the Canal du Midi, discovering the medieval city of Carcassonne, and enjoying the local fauna, flora, and wines.

Please note that electricity is not included in the price from October to April. Cleaning services are available for an additional fee of 50. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 25.
