The location of this property is perfect, with close proximity to shops, amenities, and transportation. Whether you are here for work or leisure, it is strategically situated near professional assignments and various attractions such as fairgrounds, a wine museum, the new stadium, and Bordeaux city center.Inside the house, you will find two beautifully decorated rooms. Each room comes with its own bathroom or shower, a TV, and access to WiFi. Guests also have access to a separate and well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave oven. Additionally, there is a communal area available for meals and entertainment, including games, music, and a piano.
