Description for B&B:
Welcome to Jeff and Peggy's Bed and Breakfast in Paris! We have been living in this beautiful city since 2005 and have fallen in love with its charm. Two years ago, we started a blog where we share our favorite places to visit in Paris, including restaurants, museums, fashion shops, cake shops, and more. With over 400 articles on our blog (parisparis.in), we can provide you with personalized recommendations for things to do and see during your stay. Now, we are excited to open our B&B in our own flat, so we can share our discoveries and love for Paris with travelers from around the world. Our flat is located in the 19th Area of Paris and offers a lovely and practical location. You will find small shops, an open-air French market, restaurants, a perfumery shop, the Canal de l'Ourcq, Saint Martin, the famous cultural place named LE 104, and public transport options all within easy reach.
The subway (ligne 7) is just a 3-minute walk from our flat and can take you to the two main train stations, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, in less than 15 minutes. It also provides direct access to popular destinations such as Opéra Garnier, the "Grands magasins," the Louvre, Chatelet, Notre-Dame de Paris, La Cité des Sciences et de la Musique (La Villette). Additionally, there is a direct bus line that will take you to Montmartre Village in just 15 minutes.
Your room, which is 129 sq ft, is a cozy and peaceful space overlooking the garden. It features a very comfortable king-size bed or two single beds, a spacious closet, a desk, a computer with internet access, and bath towels. We have recently installed a brand new large Italian shower with three water streams for your enjoyment.
After a long day of exploring the city, you can relax in our living room or have a drink on the balcony. In the morning, we will serve you a French breakfast in our kitchen or on the balcony. You can savor French bread (baguette) with Paris honey and homemade marmalade while sipping on artisanal apple juice.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you soon to the "most beautiful city in the world" and making your stay at our place truly special. You will surely have unforgettable memories. If you require a parking space, we offer the option to rent one in the residence for an additional fee of 10€ per night. The exact time of your arrival and departure will be determined at the time of reservation.
We are fluent in French, English, and Spanish, so communication will not be a problem.
