Come and enjoy the attractive prices in September 2011 to find some peace and relaxation in Ploubazlanec and explore the various attractions in the region! The 400 m2 garden located in front of the house is the perfect playground and relaxation spot for the whole family. The garden extends to the rest of the family property. There is another house on the same property, but each house has its own access and they are positioned in a way that ensures privacy for the occupants. The house also offers direct access to the beautiful GR34 hiking trail along the sea, leading to Paimpol, Loguivy Sea, or Lézardrieux. Additionally, there are several beaches within walking distance. The three landscape pictures mentioned in the listing are just a 5-minute walk from the house.
