Welcome to our Bed & Breakfast, offering a single independent bedroom with rates ranging from $72 to $90 per night (decreasing). This cozy room is perfect for a couple or a maximum of 2 people. Please note that we do not accept animals.Start your day with an optional breakfast served on the terrace, overlooking the beautiful cove, for an additional $10 per day per person. The bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers a stunning sea view, a private bathroom, and dedicated garden furniture just outside.
We provide secure parking and amenities such as a mini fridge, dishes, kettle, and toaster kit (available upon request). In-room facilities include a television, heater, fan, and free WIFI. After a refreshing swim, you can use the outdoor shower to desalinate and dry your clothes on the outdoor clothesline.
The beach is easily accessible by crossing the small road in front of the room. Our location is just 20 minutes away from Aix en Provence and Marseille, making it an ideal base to explore the beautiful Côte Bleue, Carry le Rouet, and other nearby attractions such as Cassis, the Alpilles, and the Camargue.
Immerse yourself in the lush greenery facing the Mediterranean, surrounded by pine-covered hills and a coastline dotted with picturesque coves in shades of blue and green. Our house is situated in a private domain within a marine park, ensuring the preservation of local flora and fauna. Prepare for an unforgettable getaway.
Fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves and wake up to the melody of cicadas. You'll be able to enjoy the sun and the breathtaking sea view from our house. And yes, the photos are genuine and taken from the property itself – there's only a simple path and a small staircase separating our garden from the beach.

PRICING DETAILS:
- $95 per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
- $90 per night for a stay totaling 4 or 5 nights. Please note that this option is not available on Tripadvisor.
- $85 per night for a consecutive stay of 7 nights.
In addition, there is a tourist tax of $0.88 per night per person.
If you choose not to have breakfast, we provide complimentary dishes, toaster, and kettle in addition to the mini fridge in the room.

Directions
Head south on the motorway towards Marseille and Martigues. Take the exit labeled "Chateauneuf - Carry".
Continue onto the expressway towards Carry - Sausset.
Take the Carry Out exit.
Once you enter Carry, you will come across a roundabout called the Round Point of the Force. Take a left at this roundabout.
Continue straight and yield when necessary.
Make sure to yield to the right, not the left, as you head towards the center and beach of Cap Rousset.
At the first intersection, which has a traffic light, turn left towards Cape Beach Rousset.
After approximately 100 meters, you will reach a new intersection. Take a left here.
After 20 meters, you will see the sea and the beach below on your right.
Continue along the beach until you reach a large gate indicating Domain Barqueroute.
Call me and I will open the gate for you using my cell phone.
Once inside the property, my house will be the first one on the left. It faces the sea and has a light green gate followed by a very dark green portal.
Feel free to enter and park in the garden.
