Welcome to our unique and luxurious vacation rental, located in the heart of downtown. Housed in a historic spinning mill, this atypical apartment offers a comfortable and stylish experience. With a prefectural 4-star ranking, our house with services guarantees an unforgettable stay.The apartment, spanning 45sqm on the first floor, boasts a loft-style layout and stunning views of the Palais Fervaques. Privacy is assured as there are no overlooking neighbors. The accommodation features two bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 people. The minimum stay is 2 nights, with a flexible arrival option. The rate for 2 nights is €180, with an additional nightly charge of €90 thereafter. Please note that there is a tax of €0.85 per person per night.
We take pride in providing excellent service to our guests. Upon arrival, the beds will be made, and the initial cleaning will be taken care of by our team (excluding dishes and personal tidying). Take the A26 motorway and exit at exit 10 labeled "Saint-Quentin-centre". From there, follow the signs pointing towards "Palais de Fervaques" and "office de tourisme".
