Situated on a spacious 1800 m2 plot at the end of a quiet street, this property guarantees a peaceful stay. Conveniently located near Sarzeau's town center and the beautiful Roaliguen beach, both easily accessible by foot or bike, this ground floor studio is perfect for two people. The studio is fully furnished and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. It features a private terrace of 8 m2, a cozy sleeping area with a 140cmx200cm bed, a lounge area with a sofa and coffee table, a dining area, a flat screen TV, a bathroom with toilet, and a well-equipped kitchen with an induction stove, oven, hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, sink, and ample storage space. Both bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. Should you wish, a delicious breakfast can be served upon request for an additional fee of 10 / person.
