PETIT GITEThis charming 40m2 gite features a private terrace with an outside door leading directly from the road. It is oriented to the West, offering lovely views of the park. The open space is enhanced with a mezzanine, adding a touch of character to the interior. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooktop, oven, cooker hood, microwave, and a fridge with a 3-star freezer. The open space area includes a table, two commodes, a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, and a television. A staircase leads to the upstairs mezzanine, where you will find two double beds (140cm) and one single bed (90cm), as well as a shower room with a shower, basin, and toilet. The nominal capacity of the gite is 2 to 4 people, with a maximum capacity of 5 to 7 people.
GRAND GITE
With a spacious 90m2 area, this grand gite offers a private terrace with a breathtaking view of the river and the park. The gite is oriented to the East, allowing guests to enjoy stunning sunrises. The garden openspace is adorned with large windows, which provide ample natural light and beautiful vistas. Similar to the petit gite, this grand gite also features a mezzanine, adding a unique touch to the interior. On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven, cooker hood, microwave, and a fridge with a 3-star freezer. The dining room is furnished with a table and a buffet, while the living room offers comfortable sofas, including one that can be converted into a bed. A television with an 82cm LCD screen is also provided for your entertainment. The ground floor also includes access to the bathroom, equipped with a bath, basin, toilet, and laundry facilities (washing and dryer machine). The grand floor bedroom has its own private outside access. Upstairs, the mezzanine area offers two double beds (140cm) and one single bed (90cm). The nominal capacity of the grand gite is 4 to 7 people, with a maximum capacity of 9 people.

Directions
To get to Troyes from the east of Sens City on N60, follow these directions:
- As you approach Sens City on N60, head towards Troyes.
- Look out for the first village on your right and turn into it.
- Drive through the village, keeping the church and the Mairie on your right.
- After crossing a small bridge over the river, take a left turn.
- Continue straight until you reach the next corner, where you'll find your destination on the left side.
If you are coming from the Paris region, follow these directions:
- Take A5 towards Sens.
- Once in Sens, follow signs for Auxerre Troyes, then Troyes.
- Continue on N60 and follow the previous directions from there.
- As you approach Sens City on N60, head towards Troyes.
- Look out for the first village on your right and turn into it.
- Drive through the village, keeping the church and the Mairie on your right.
