This charming duplex gite, called Grand T, offers a spacious and comfortable living space of 50m2. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy lounge area with a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, and vacuum cleaner. There is also a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. The TV and independent toilet complete the ground floor amenities.

Moving up to the first floor, you will discover a lovely bedroom with two single beds (90X200), a TV, WiFi, and a DVD player. The bedroom also features a modern shower room, toilet, and a hairdryer for your convenience. The gite is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide fresh sheets and hand towels. Additionally, a baby cot is available if needed. Outside, you can relax on the terrace furnished with a garden furniture set and deckchairs.
