The toilet is located on the landing for easy access.Room "Loire" (entrance): Situated as a studio room, this 35 m2 space boasts a luxurious bed measuring 160x200, along with an additional bed measuring 140x200. The room is equipped with a pool table for recreational activities. Furthermore, there is a kitchenette complete with a fridge, stove, and sink, as well as a microwave oven. The adjacent bathroom features a shower, washbasin, and toilet for added convenience.

De passage dans la région, nous avons apprécié la chambre mise à disposition dès l'horaire souhaité : calme, confort, accueil, charme de l'endroit, petit-déjeuner copieux (les confitures étaient excellentes !)... tout était parfait.
Très bon accueil. Cadre agréable et tranquille
Nous avons passés une bonne nuit dans chambre confortable, impeccable, bien agencée,décorée avec goût, et vue très agréable.
Nous avons apprécié un petit déjeuné copieux et attentionné( fraises du jardin) malgré un horaire matinal.

To get to the "Vignes et Loire" guesthouse, follow these travel directions:
- Take exit 20 from the A11 and head towards Ancenis, which is approximately 30 kms from Nantes and 60 kms from Angers.
- Once in Ancenis, go south along the Loire river and cross the bridge.
- After crossing the bridge, drive for about 1 km and you will reach the first set of traffic lights.
- At the traffic lights, make a right turn onto road 751 and continue for about 4 kms until you reach Drain.
- From Drain, keep going towards Champtoceaux for about 1 km.
- Look out for signs that say "Chambres d'hôtes Vignes et Loire," which will guide you to our guesthouse.
- You will find our guesthouse approximately 400 meters from where the signs are located.
